Helena Rizzo

Born in Porto Alegre, Helena Rizzo decided to leave her home when she was 18 years old and moved to São Paulo. There, she began her trajectory in gastronomy, and has worked in Italy and Spain. Considered one of the best female chefs in the world, Helena tells that she became a chef when she discovered that she could put her dreams, worries and artistic expression into her dishes.
