Thomas Troisgros

Thomas Troisgros is part of a family of chefs that helped build part of modern gastronomy. He began his culinary trajectory at a young age and even worked with chef and mentor Daniel Boulud in New York City. He worked in his family’s restaurants until he became the chef of the acclaimed restaurant Olympe, founded by his father, chef Claude Troisgros, where he values the use of local ingredients. He is also the head of T.T Burger and partner of Troisgros Brazil.
