Courage and overcoming were hallmarks of 2023 at Pequeno Príncipe
From farewell to king Pelé, in the first days of the year, to the fire that destroyed the Oncology, Hematology, and Bone Marrow Transplantation Outpatient Clinic in October, the Pequeno Príncipe Hospital experienced a year of intense challenges. But with a lot of dedication and resilience, the institution also accumulates reasons to celebrate.
The Pequeno Príncipe is the 80th best hospital that works with pediatrics in the world and the first in Latin America. The institution ends the year celebrating the beginning of work on its new headquarters, the Pequeno Príncipe North, and the government support for the construction of the first building at the place, a day hospital.
The right to life and health of each child who passes through the Pequeno Príncipe, the support that the Hospital receives from society and the commitment of all teams are the ingredients that strengthen and drive the institution.
